Terms of service

These terms govern use of srvpulse.net, the SrvPulse agent and the collector image, provided by Srvpulse Labs s.r.o. ("we"). Creating a workspace means accepting them.

1. Service

We collect the metrics and probe results you configure and make them available in your workspace. Plan limits are on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

2. Acceptable use

Monitor only systems you own or are authorised to monitor. The following are prohibited and lead to suspension:

• Load generation or any probe pattern meant to exhaust a target.
• Port scanning or service enumeration of hosts you do not control.
• Using the agent, the collector or the upstream channel to carry traffic unrelated to monitoring.
• Circumventing plan limits, including by sharing one workspace across unrelated parties.

Minimum intervals exist to keep probe traffic distinguishable from abuse. We may reduce the frequency of a probe we consider harmful to its target.

3. Availability

Scale carries a 99.9% monthly ingest commitment with service credits of 10% of the monthly fee per full percentage point below it, capped at 50%. Maintenance announced 72 hours ahead is excluded. Free and Team carry no availability commitment.

4. Your data

Monitoring data and configuration remain yours. We process them to provide the service as set out in privacy. On termination you may export for 30 days, after which we delete.

5. Fees

Billed monthly or annually in advance, in EUR unless agreed otherwise. Overages are invoiced in the following period. Invoices more than 14 days overdue may lead to suspension.

6. Liability

The service is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for your own operational controls. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from an outage a check failed to detect.

7. Term

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. We may terminate immediately for breach of section 2.

8. Governing law

Czech law applies; the courts of Brno have exclusive jurisdiction.
