What the service processes
Monitoring data is technical: timestamps, counters, status codes, durations, process names, certificate metadata and error strings. Log tailing stores only lines matching patterns you configure; we do not ingest whole log files.
Account data
- Name, work email and workspace membership.
- Billing details held by our payment processor; we keep the last four digits of a card and the billing country.
- Agent and collector metadata: hostname, version, source address.
Logs
Ingest and API access logs hold source address, timestamp, bytes and response code, retained 30 days for abuse prevention and capacity planning.
Retention
Monitoring data follows the plan retention period. Account data is deleted within 30 days of workspace closure, except records required by accounting law, kept seven years.

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, export or deletion, and object to
processing. Write to privacy@srvpulse.net; we answer within 30 days. Our supervisory
authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
The console sets a session cookie and a CSRF cookie, both strictly necessary. This documentation site sets none and loads no third-party scripts.
